How do I apply Lalashé clusters?
Always use The Precision tool included in your kit. Grip each cluster at the base of the lash fibers — not the adhesive band. This keeps the adhesive clean and ensures the strongest possible hold.
How do I pick up the clusters without touching the adhesive?

Can I apply mascara with Lalashé clusters?
We do not recommend applying mascara directly to the clusters.
Can I curl my natural lashes before applying?
Yes — gently curling your natural lashes before application helps the clusters blend more seamlessly. Do this before applying any product to the lash line.
What should I avoid before application?
Avoid any oils, moisturizers, serums, sunscreen, or makeup on or near the lash line before applying. Oil is the number one enemy of adhesive hold.

Can I shower or swim with Lalashé clusters?
Yes — Lalashé clusters are water resistant. You can shower and wash your face while wearing them. For best results avoid prolonged steam exposure, swimming, or getting your lashes directly in the water stream for the first few hours after application while the adhesive fully sets.
Can I sleep in my Lalashé clusters?

How do I clean my clusters for reuse?
After removal use a clean cotton swab with an oil-free makeup remover to gently clean the adhesive base. Allow to dry completely before storing. Keep your clusters in the original tray between uses.

Lalashé clusters are formulated without cyanoacrylate — the ingredient most commonly responsible for lash glue reactions and fumes. Our clusters are SGS REACH certified with 248 dangerous substances tested and all undetected. We always recommend a patch test before your first application.
Are Lalashé clusters cruelty-free?
Yes. Lalashé clusters are never tested on animals at any stage of development or production. Our manufacturer has issued an official sealed declaration confirming this commitment.
Are Lalashé clusters vegan?
Yes. Our clusters contain no animal-derived ingredients.
Can I wear Lalashé clusters if I have had LASIK surgery?
We recommend consulting your surgeon before applying any product near the eye area post-LASIK. Every patient's recovery is different and your surgeon is best placed to advise you.
Should I do a patch test?
Yes — we always recommend a patch test before your first application. Apply a single cluster to the inside of your wrist and wait 24 hours. If you experience any irritation discontinue use and consult a physician.
